MOSCOW, December 25. /TASS/. About 103 mln square meters of housing is planned to be commissioned in 2026, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin told reporters.

"Next year we're trying to keep the target at no less than 100 mln square meters. This will depend on the Central Bank’s rate, the number of mortgage loans, and new projects. For now, we're probably aiming for 103 mln square meters," he said.

The authorities are currently actively working on commissioning, but some regions are experiencing delays, Khusnullin added. "Everyone who is experiencing delays in commissioning needs to work to ensure that people receive the keys as quickly as possible," he said.
