Brent oil prices below $69 per barrel first time from last September

MOSCOW, March 5. /TASS/. Brent oil futures with delivery in May 2025 plunged below $69 a barrel on the London-based ICE for the first time since September 10, 2024, according to trading data.

Brent prices fell by 2.91% to $68.97 a barrel.

Futures for the Brent oil continued declining later to $68.82 per barrel (minus 3.13%). WTI futures with the settlement in April 2025 edged down by 3.72% to $65.72 per barrel.
