SOCHI, November 6. /TASS/. Oil refining in Russia will either stay flat or decline by 1-2% annually as of the end of 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters on the sidelines of the Valdai Discussion Club’s meeting.
"Incidents, if they took place, were local by nature. Everything was restored. The refining volume can be 1-2% lower than in the last year. Nevertheless, we may probably reach the last-year level," the official said.
Incidents at refineries this year did not affect refining volumes in the country, including the one occurred at the Moscow Refinery owned by Gazprom Neft, Novak noted.
