One person killed, three wounded in terrorist attack outside government office in Kabul

DOHA, February 13. /TASS/. A suicide bomber detonated an explosive device in front of the Urban Development and Land Ministry building in Kabul, Afghanistan, according to Abdul Matin Qane, spokesman for the Taliban-formed (banned in Russia) Interior Ministry.

He told TOLO News TV that the attacker attempted to enter the building but was stopped by security officers.

Mohammad Kamal Afghan, a spokesperson for the Urban Development and Housing Ministry, confirmed the explosion, noting that it occurred after "the terrorist was eliminated by guards at the gate." One person was killed and three others were wounded in the attack, the spokesman added.
