Trump has 266 electoral votes, with 270 needed to win

MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. Republican US presidential candidate Donald Trump will need 51 votes from the seven swing states, Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and North Carolina, to secure the presidency.

Among the battleground states, there are 93 electoral votes at stake.

As of 11:20 a.m. Moscow time (8:20 a.m. GMT), Trump has 50.4% in Arizona, 50.7% in Georgia, 50.8% in Pennsylvania, 51% in North Carolina, 51.1% in Wisconsin, 51.4% in Nevada and 52.6% in Michigan.

Trump has 266 electoral votes, with 270 needed to win. Democratic candidate Kamala Harris has received 195 votes.

The United States is holding another primary election, during which the president, one-third of the Senate, the entire House of Representatives, and governors in 11 states and 2 territories are elected.
