MOSCOW, October 21. /TASS/. Argentine President Cristina de Kirchner said on Wednesday she had been impressed by Putin's speech at the jubilee session of the UN General Assembly and by Russia's steps to curb international terrorism.
"I'd like to congratulate you on the occasion of your very good speech at the UN," she told Putin in the course of a teleconference. "That was a perfect, an immaculate speech, although it wasn't fully in line with the rules commonly accepted by many other countries, whose words don't match the deeds."
De Kirchner said she liked the consistency of Putin's speech and "even later, when you supported struggle with terrorism."
