Lukoil Board recommends final dividends of $5.43 per share

Persons eligible for dividends will be determined as of May 7, 2024

MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. The Board of Directors of the Russian oil major Lukoil recommended paying final dividends as of the 2023 year-end as 498 rubles ($5.43) per ordinary share, the company said.

Interim dividends according to results of nine months of the last year totaled 447 rubles ($4.87) per share. Persons eligible for dividends will be determined as of May 7, 2024.

The issue of dividends will be considered at an annual general meeting on shareholders on April 26 in the form of absentee voting. In absence of quorum, the adjourned meeting is scheduled for April 27. Meeting attendees will be determined as of April 2.
