MOSCOW, November 25. /TASS/. Enel Russia shareholders have voted for amendments in the corporate charter in connection with its renaming to EL5-Energo, according to a notice posted on the corporate information disclosure portal.

The voting for amendments to the charter did not take place earlier because of lack of quorum.

Shareholders also elected a new Board, without details of its composition in the notice.

On September 30, Lukoil and Gazprombank-Frezia Fund were authorized to buy stocks in Enel Russia. Production assets of the company comprise three gas-fired power plants, one wind power plant, and a wind power plant project in progress.
