BANGALORE /India/, February 11. /TASS/. The capabilities of Russia's newest Su-57 fifth-generation multifunctional fighter jet contradict the laws of physics, no other aircraft can surpass it, India’s senior test pilot Ajay Menon told TASS after a demonstration flight at the Aero India Su-57 air show.
"We know what the Russian fly-by-wire can do. It really defies the laws of physics. So that means I don't think anybody can beat the demonstration that the Su-57 does," said Menon, who pilots Su-30MKI fighters manufactured in India under Russian license.
"'About the maneuvers which the pilot fulfilled. Oh, it's very impressive. Definitely very impressive. Especially the high alpha maneuvering of the aircraft," the Indian pilot said.
Russia's newest multifunctional fifth-generation Su-57E fighter made its first demonstration flight at the Aero India-2025 international aerospace exhibition.
