The president expects a report on the issue before March 15

MOSCOW, February 15./TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday instructed the government to analyze the efficacy of Russian vaccines against new strains of coronavirus.

As the list of instructions from the president posted on the Kremlin website reads, the government must "ensure the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of domestic vaccines for the prevention of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in respect of new strains of the virus causing this infection, and if necessary conduct an additional research of the above vaccines and make amendments to their registration dossier."

Putin expects a report on the issue before March 15, and then every half-a-year.
