KOSTROMA, November 6. /TASS/. The investigation requests arresting director of the Imperiya firm, which organized the work of the Kostroma club Polygon where 13 people were killed in a fire late on Friday, a source in the press service of the Sverdlovsk regional court of Kostroma told TASS on Sunday.

"The court has received a motion for choosing arrest as a measure of restraint for director of limited liability company Imperiya Natalya Belenogova," the source said.

Belenogova has already been delivered to the court, a TASS correspondent reports. She refused to answer journalists’ questions.

The fire broke out at the Polygon nightclub late on Friday, spreading across 3,500 square meters. According to the latest information, 13 people died and nine were injured. The fire presumably started after a patron fired a hunter’s flare gun inside. Criminal cases on four articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation have been opened.
