MOSCOW, March 19. /TASS/. The Russian authorities must update their approaches to their work and do their best to help Russian citizens in solving their problems, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with the leaders of Parliamentary factions.

"It is necessary to refresh not specific people, it is necessary to refresh the approaches to solving the tasks that we all face. It is very important. We may fail something, but, when the people see that all levels of the authorities work honestly, work hard, do their best to resolve the problems of the people - they will forgive a lot, they will look upon many things generously. But it is our goal to do the best we can. The maximum," he said.
