Quality of Ukrainian troops on Dnieper is sharply declining — Kherson governor

Vladimir Saldo noted that the Ukrainian army over the past 24 hours fired 41 shells at the left bank of the Dnieper

GENICHESK, March 19. /TASS/. A sharp decline in the quality of Ukrainian military personnel on the Dnieper is obvious, the Governor of the Kherson Region, Vladimir Saldo, has said on his Telegram channel.

"The Dnepr group has continued to pound the enemy using all types of weapons and firepower: aviation, artillery and drones. Also, the Russian military continued assault operations on the left bank. There is a sharp decline in the quality of the enemy's personnel," he wrote.

Saldo noted that the Ukrainian army over the past 24 hours fired 41 shells at the left bank of the Dnieper. Also, Ukrainian forces continue to use drones for strikes on residential areas.

"Remnants of enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups are still present on the left bank. Supplies are delivered to them by drones. Evacuation of the wounded and killed is not envisaged," Saldo added.
