ATHENS, May 27. /TASS/. Shares of Rosneft during the privatization could be sold to a strategic investor; there is no conclusions from an investment consultant yet, Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak told journalists on Friday.
"I think that there may be strategic investors, and the package can be sold to minority investors. It is too early to talk about it until there are final proposals from a consultant. There should be the maximum benefit for the country. In terms of the market, investment consultant will provide the most attractive offers," he said.
