KIEV, November 15. /TASS/. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said many Ukrainian cities experienced power cuts on Tuesday as a result of missile strikes.
"The strikes incapacitated our energy industry in many cities of our country," he said in a video address posted to Telegram. He stated that tens of missiles had been launched toward Ukraine.
Zelensky called on people to stay in bomb shelters.
Officials in many cities across Ukraine had earlier reported explosions and power outages.
