MOSCOW, April 30 (Itar-Tass) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree appointing Vyacheslav Shport, whose term of office as governor of Khabarovsk Territory expired, acting head of the region before a person who is elected governor takes office, the Kremlin press service reported.
The decree comes into force from the day of its signing.
