Russia terminates agreement with Ukraine on safety of navigation in Sea of Azov

MOSCOW, February 17. /TASS/. Russia has terminated the agreement with Ukraine on measures to ensure safety of navigation in the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait, according to an executive order signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

"In accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 37 of the Federal Law "On International Treaties of the Russian Federation" the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on measures to ensure the safety of navigation in the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait, signed in Moscow on March 20, 2012, shall be terminated," the order said.
