LPR reveals number of troops Ukrainian forces lost in 24 hours

Ivan Filiponenko also said that demining operations on LPR territory are continuing

LUGANSK, November 9. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military lost up to 80 people in the past 24 hours fighting the LPR People’s Militia, says the Militia’s Spokesman Ivan Filiponenko.

"In the past 24 hours, the enemy suffered serious casualties, both in personnel and vehicles, due to the active offensive by the LPR People’s Militia. As many as 80 servicemen were eliminated," Filiponenko said on the People’s Militia Telegram channel.

According to the spokesman, LPR forces eliminated three tanks, five armored personnel carriers, three artillery units and 12 special automobile vehicles.

Filiponenko also said that demining operations on LPR territory are continuing. On November 8, the sappers cleared five hectares of explosives near the settlements of Volkodayevo and Stepovoye.
