Russian air defenses down drone in Kaluga Region

There were no casualties or damage to infrastructure facilitie

MOSCOW, March 17. /TASS/. Air defenses have downed a fixed-wing drone in Russia’s Kaluga Region, Governor Vladislav Shapsha said.

"Air defenses jammed a fixed-wing drone in the Spas-Demensky District today. There were no casualties or damage to infrastructure facilities," he wrote on Telegram.

The governor said earlier that three drones trying to attack the region’s infrastructure facilities had been downed by air defenses in the early hours of Sunday. Another unmanned aerial vehicle was destroyed on the outskirts of the city of Kaluga in the morning. There were no casualties or damage.
