MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. An artillery shell fired from Ukraine has damaged a private home in Russia’s Belgorod Region, emergency services have told TASS.
"In the village of Zhuravlyovka, one home housing two families was damaged. Part of a wall collapsed," the source said, adding there were no immediate reports of casualties.
Earlier, the region’s governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said on his Telegram channel that an artillery shell had been fired from Ukraine. It exploded in the village. Some were hurt. "For safety reasons the Belgorod Region’s authorities have introduced a state of emergency in two villages - Zhuravlyovka and Nekhoteyevka," Gladkov said.
