Brent crude price falls below $72 per barrel on ICE for first time since December 23, 2024

WTI crude futures also dropped by 2.12% to $68.28 per barre

MOSCOW, March 4. /TASS/. The price of a Brent oil futures with delivery in May dropped below $72 per barrel on London's ICE exchange for the first time since December 23, 2024, according to trading data.

As of 09:34 p.m. Moscow time, the price of Brent decreased by 1.21%, to $71.93 per barrel.

By 09:25 p.m. Moscow time, Brent futures slowed the decline and was at $71.5 (-1.8%).

Meanwhile, the price of a WTI crude futures with settlement in April decreased by 2.12% to $68.28 per barrel.
