MOSCOW, February 13. /TASS/. The latest US sanctions against the Russian oil industry have not yet significantly affected oil supplies from Russia, the International Energy Agency (IEA) said in its February report.
" Fresh US sanctions on Russia and Iran roiled markets at the start of the year but they have yet to materially impact global oil supply. Iranian crude oil exports are only marginally lower while Russian flows, so far, continue largely unaffected," IEA said.
The US introduced large-scale sanctions against the Russian oil and gas sector in early January, targeting Russian oil and gas majors, tankers, traders, oilfield service companies, chief executives of Russian oil companies and officials from the Russian Energy Ministry.
