TOKYO, March 8. /TASS/. The Japanese government imposed sanctions on another 20 Russians, including businessmen and officials, in connection with the situation around Ukraine and Russia’s military operation. The list was published on Tuesday on the website of the Japanese Foreign Ministry.

In particular, the list includes Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergey Kiriyenko, Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, Chairman of Federation Council's Commission on Information Policy and Cooperation with the Media Alexey Pushkov. In addition, Russian businessmen have been added to it, including the Rotenberg brothers, Gennady Timchenko, Alisher Usmanov, TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov. Their assets, if discovered, will be frozen.
