Over 22,000 tonnes of humanitarian aid ready to be sent to Ukraine — Defense Ministry

MOSCOW, March 24./TASS/. More than 22,000 tonnes of humanitarian aid are ready to be sent from Russia to Ukraine, Mikhail Mizintsev, chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Thursday.

"The federal executive authorities together with Russian regions, various public organizations and patriotic movements continue to assemble humanitarian aid. Over 22,000 tonnes of food, medicines and essentials have already been prepared at collection points," Mizintsev said.
