NEW YORK, October 27. /TASS/. A New York court has postponed to November 12 a regular hearing in the case of Russian roofers Angelina Nikolau and Ivan Kuznetsov accused of illegally entering the Empire State Building, a TASS correspondent reported from the courtroom.

During the hearing, the defense said it was continuing active negotiations with the prosecutor's office to resolve the case. According to the lawyer, two productive face-to-face meetings took place in August and September, and the parties are currently in the final stages of agreeing on a possible deal. The defense asked to postpone the consideration for about two weeks.
