MOSCOW, November 24. /TASS/. Preparations are underway for an informal CIS summit, which is traditionally held in St. Petersburg at the end of every year, but certain details about the event are yet to be agreed on by the participants, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Thursday.

"It takes time to secure everyone’s agreement," he said. "It (the summit - TASS) is being prepared but for it to take place we need to agree with everybody about the time."
