MOSCOW, November 5. /TASS/. Additional oil and gas revenues to Russia’s budget may amount to 105.1 billion rubles ($1.07) in November 2024, according to the expectations of the Finance Ministry.
"The expected volume of additional oil and gas revenues to the federal budget is projected to be 105.1 billion rubles in November 2024. The total deviation of the actual oil and gas revenues from the expected monthly volume of oil and gas revenues and [deviation of] the estimate of the base monthly volume of oil and gas revenues from the base monthly volume of oil and gas revenues following the results of October 2024 amounted to minus 17.6 billion rubles ($180 mln)," the Finance Ministry reported.
Payments from the federal budget to oil companies as part of the fuel damper mechanism amounted to 106.6 billion rubles ($1.09 bln) in October, 145.7 billion rubles ($1.5 bln) in September, 163.3 billion rubles ($1.7 bln), 142.5 billion rubles ($1.5 bln) in July, 158.1 billion rubles ($1.6 bln) in June, 201.7 billion rubles ($2.06 mln) in May, 187.2 billion rubles ($1.9 bln) in April, 164.4 billion rubles ($1.7 bln), 127.9 billion rubles ($1.3 bln) in February, 146.6 billion rubles ($1.5 bln) in January.
