WASHINGTON, March 25. /TASS/. The crisis in Ukraine boosted closer Russia’s ties with Iran, China and North Korea, and their partnership has become an irreversible process, the US National Intelligence Director's Office said with regard to the 2025 Annual Threat Assessment.

According to the US intelligence community, "since 2022, China, Russia, Iran and North Korea have grown closer. Removing the accelerant of the war in Ukraine is unlikely to revert these bilateral relationships to a pre-war, 2021 baseline.".
