Belarus to soon hand over to Russia several vehicles for installing Oreshnik missiles

Security Council State Secretary Alexander Volfovich informed that the country 'has already prepared places for the placement of this missile system'

MINSK, March 18. /TASS/. Belarus in the near future plans to transfer to Russia a certain number of vehicles on which the Oreshnik missile system will be installed, Security Council State Secretary Alexander Volfovich said.

"This missile complex is like a product of the Union State. Because the base, the vehicle, is manufactured in the enterprises of the military-industrial complex in Belarus, and the means of defeat, the missiles, in Russia. We are completing the production of the necessary number of these vehicles, which will soon be transferred to Russia to install the means of destruction on them," he said during a Belarus-1 TV broadcast.

He informed that the country "has already prepared places for the placement of this missile system." "Although it's mobile, but still prepared places. We have kept them since the times of the Soviet Union. I think that by the end of the year we will fulfill the instructions of the two presidents [of Russia and Belarus], which were given to us, especially to the military," the security official pointed out.
