MOSCOW, March 26. /TASS/. The operation of fraudulent call centers is mostly concentrated in Ukraine’s Dnepropetrovsk, and their social engineering skills improve constantly, Rostelecom President Mikhail Oseyevsky said at the hearing of the Russian State Duma Committee on informational policy.

"The bulk of fraudulent actions are not being carried out by Russian domestic organized crime. It is an organized activity on Ukrainian territory - in the city Dnepropetrovsk. It is being carried out by a huge number of fraudulent call centers," Oseyevsky said.

He added that these centers constantly improve their social engineering skills, they operate "with great diversity" and pretend to act in the name of various agencies.
