MOSCOW, April 1. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the government to completely abandon the moratorium on audits and complete the transition to the risk-oriented approach in the control and supervising activities by January 1, 2025, according to the list of assignments posted on the Kremlin’s website.
"The Government of the Russian Federation <...> is to complete by January 1, 2025 the transition from temporary restrictions on implementation of the control and supervising activity to application of the system of assessment and management of risks in control (supervising) actions, having provided for replacement of control (supervising) activities by preventive measures predominantly in respect of controlled persons, whose activity is not associated with the high or extraordinary high category of risk of inflicting damage," the document reads.
The report on performance of the assignment should be made by February 1, 2025.
