MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. The Kremlin does not comment in any way on reports about alleged arms deliveries to Russia from North Korea, such claims are often groundless, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
Earlier, the foreign ministries of the US, South Korea and Japan issued a statement on alleged evidence of deliveries of ammunition and military equipment from North Korea to Russia.
"I leave this without comment," Peskov said in reply to a corresponding question. According to him, "there are many such reports, they are all, as a rule, groundless, there are no specifics there." "North Korea is our neighbor, and we are developing and will continue to develop relations in all areas," the Kremlin spokesman pointed out.
In response to a clarifying question about whether there have been arms deliveries from North Korea to Russia, Peskov reiterated: "We do not comment on this in any way."
