Russian forces repulse seven Ukrainian attacks in Kupyansk area

MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. Russian forces repulsed seven Ukrainian army attacks in the Kupyansk area over the past day in the special military operation in Ukraine, Russia’s Battlegroup West Spokesman Sergey Zybinsky reported on Wednesday.

"During combat operations in the Kupyansk direction, units of the battlegroup West capitalizing on air strikes and artillery fire repulsed seven attacks by assault groups of the 14th, 32nd and 41st mechanized and 68th jaeger brigades near Ivanovka, Sergeyevka, Zagoruikovka, Timkovka and Sinkovka," the spokesman said.

The crews of the battlegroup’s Ka-52 and Mi-28 attack helicopters struck amassed manpower and military hardware of the Ukrainian army’s 95th air assault, 14th and 32nd mechanized brigades near Sinkovka and Ivanovka, he said.

"The enemy’s losses totaled over 50 personnel, a Kozak armored combat vehicle, a pickup truck and a Furia drone," he said.
