GENICHESK, March 31. /TASS/. Russian forces disrupted several attempted rotations of Ukrainian troops in the Kherson Region during the past week, the region’s governor, Vladimir Saldo said.
"Our soldiers successfully smoked militants from basements in Krynki, hit the enemy boats in the River Dnieper, thus disrupting attempted rotations and supplies of military cargoes," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to Saldo, during the week, Ukrainian troops fired an average of 40 rounds at the Kherson Region a day and used FPV drones to attack energy infrastructure facilities, hospitals, public buildings, and cars. "They used missiles to shell settlements located far from the line of combat engagement. Regrettably, a six-year-old girl was killed and five people were wounded as a result of shelling attacks," he said.
According to Saldo, Russian air forces delivered strikes on areas of deployment of Ukrainian troops and weapons, as well as on arms and munitions depots.
