MOSCOW, March 19. /TASS/. President Vladimir Putin of Russia and President Donald Trump of the United States did not discuss a change of government in Ukraine or the country’s elections in their recent phone call, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"It wasn’t discussed. However, it’s clear that the Kiev regime lacks the ability to make agreements, and this is certainly a reason for concern," he said.
According to Peskov, the strikes that Kiev carried out on energy facilities on Wednesday are "the best evidence of that."
