Ukrainian military carries out 11 shelling attacks on city of Energodar in past 24 hours

It is reported that as a result of damage to some infrastructure facilities near the station, all six of its units were shut down

MOSCOW, October 17. /TASS/. The Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out 11 shelling attacks on the city of Energodar in the past 24 hours, Chairman of the We Stand With Russia movement Vladimir Rogov told TASS on Monday.

"In the past day, 11 attacks were recorded, most of which targeted a thermal power plant," he pointed out.

Energodar, as well as the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant located in the city, have been repeatedly attacked by Ukrainian troops, artillery and drones. As a result of damage to some infrastructure facilities near the station, all six of its units were shut down.
