MOSCOW, April 23. /TASS/. A fire that broke out at a parking lot near the Afimall City shopping center in downtown Moscow has been put out, a first responder told TASS.

"The fire has been extinguished. Water is currently being poured onto the burnt-out items," he specified.

The Russian Emergencies Ministry confirmed that the fire had been extinguished. No injuries have been reported, the ministry stated.

Construction materials caught fire, and some pressurized cylinders exploded as flames spread across an area of 30 square meters at the construction site.

There was no evacuation of shoppers, and the shopping mall continues to operate normally.
