MOSCOW, June 26. /TASS/. A 17-year-old creator and administrator of international terrorist online communities has been detained, placed in custody and charged with preparation for the murder of schoolchildren, the Investigative Committee and Federal Security Service (FSB) reported.

The minor radical administered resources promoting terrorist ideology with an audience of over 200,000 users, of whom about 5,000 were active participants. He trained recruited radicals in tactics for carrying out terrorist attacks and mass killings, provided instructions for making explosives, and methods of conspiracy.

His involvement in organizing at least 15 terrorist crimes in 10 Russian regions has been confirmed. All perpetrators have been detained. Financing was carried out by Ukrainian special services, with additional rewards promised for murders with the highest number of victims.
