Ukrainian army attempts to redeploy reserves to DPR — republic’s head

MOSCOW, November 18. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops are trying to redeploy reserves to the town of Kurakhovo, Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Head Denis Pushilin told the Rossiya-24 TV channel.

"Following the liberation of Kurakhovo, the adversary will not be able to get to the city of Donetsk itself or its Petrovsky District. That said, the Kurakhovo water reservoir is also very important for us. This is precisely why the enemy is trying to redeploy its reserves there," Pushilin said.

He specified that the situation in Kurakhovo is hopeless for the Ukrainian army, however, the Ukrainian units have not been ordered to retreat.
