Sberbank shares grow by over 3% on Moscow Exchange

The press service of Sberbank noted that the number of retail clients in October reached 106 mln people, and legal entities exceeded 3 mln companies

MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. Sberbank shares grew by 3.69% to 132 rubles ($2.14) per share on the Moscow Exchange on Thursday.

As of 10:37 Moscow time, the company's shares rose in price by 2.87% to 130.95 rubles ($2.12) per share.

Earlier, the bank’s CEO Herman Gref announced the resumption of the monthly publication of financial statements starting from October data. He also said that the net profit of Sberbank under the Russian Accounting Standards for 10 months exceeded 50 bln rubles ($813.1 mln).

The press service of Sberbank noted that the number of retail clients in October reached 106 mln people, and legal entities exceeded 3 mln companies. Since the beginning of the year, the bank has issued mortgage loans totaling 1.9 trillion rubles ($30.9 bln).

Funds of individuals amounted to 16.7 trillion rubles ($272.01 bln), rising by 0.2% since the beginning of the year. Funds of legal entities grew by 3.4% since the beginning of the year to 8.7 trillion rubles ($141.7 bln).
