ANTALYA, March 10. /TASS/. Russia is thankful to all countries, which are ready to help settle the crisis in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Thursday after talks with his Ukrainian and Turkish counterparts, Dmitry Kuleba and Mevlut Cavusoglu.
"Russia, as I already said at the beginning of our news conference, is thankful to all who, being guided by good will, are offering their services to help settle the current serious crisis in Ukraine and who are ready to help find solutions taking into account the concerns of all the sides and on the basis of the balance of interests, as we suggest," he said.
According to the Russian top diplomat, Turkey and Kazakhstan offer their services to help settle the crisis in Ukraine but Kiev is in the habit of dodging its liabilities and indulging in theatrics. "The main thing is to see to it that these proposals our Turkish and Kazakh friends are advancing with good intent are not abused by Ukraine, which is in the habit of substituting real actions toward implementing its commitments with theatrics," he said.
Lavrov stressed that if there is added cost Russia is ready for the use of various formats of talks with Ukraine, "which must not be established for the sake of talkfest only."
