MOSCOW, November 4. /TASS/. An energy site and heating facilities suffered damage in overnight explosions in Ukraine’s eastern Kharkov Region, Oleg Sinegubov, head of the regional military administration, said.

He told the Rada TV channel that specialists were checking the extent of the damage done to the facilities.

Air raid sirens went off in several Ukrainian regions last night, and explosions occurred in some cities.
