Calls to act 'more boldly' in special military operation fraught with more losses — Putin

The president added that Russia will act cautiously, but persistently and consistently

MOSCOW, July 27. /TASS/. Russia will act cautiously but persistently on the battlefield and will achieve its goals. Some are calling for "more bold" action, but this is fraught with increased losses, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated at a meeting in the Kremlin with deputies of the outgoing 8th convocation of the State Duma.

"I will reveal a secret; my colleague will not take offense at me. During the award ceremony, one of the recipients whispered to me: we will win, but we need to be bolder. We really want to. But the question arises: even bolder?" the head of state noted. The audience responded with affirmative shouts and applause.

"And here, just as in the economy, there are risks, the price of which is losses on the battlefield on our side. Therefore, here too we will act cautiously, but persistently and consistently achieving the goals set for the country. And we will achieve them," the president emphasized.
