MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. The Russian military has begun the next phase of testing the intercontinental ballistic missile Sarmat, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has said.

"We’ve started the next phase of testing the missile Sarmat," Shoigu said following President Putin’s message to the Federal Assembly on Wednesday.
