Putin starts meeting with Human Rights Council

It is reported that everybody will be given a chance to speak

MOSCOW, December 7. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin started a virtual meeting with the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights on Wednesday.

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov earlier told reporters that no issues will be off limits at the meeting and everybody will be given a chance to speak.
