Chechen commander says DPR settlement of Pavlovka fully liberated

Fighters continued their offensive, commander of the Akhmat special operations unit Apty Alaudinov said

MOSCOW, November 11. /TASS/. The settlement of Pavlovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) has been fully liberated, said Apty Alaudinov, an aide to the head of Chechnya and the commander of the Akhmat special operations unit.

"The settlement of Pavlovka <…> was fully liberated today, so I would like to convey words of gratitude to marines, personnel of private military companies and all those who were directly engaged [in battles] in this zone of the contact line," Alaudinov told the ‘Evening with Vladimir Soloviev’ TV show late on Thursday.

He said that fighters of the Akhmat special operations unit continued their offensive.

"Yesterday, we entered the outskirts of Nizhnyaya Belogorovka, together with fighters of the LPR’s second corps. We are making progress in other areas as well. There are no reasons for us to worry," he added.

The acting head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, announced on Thursday that Pavlovka had been liberated and 90% cleared.
