MOSCOW, November 5. /TASS/. The official visit of North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui to Russia concludes today, November 5, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko told reporters.

On November 4, Russian President Vladimir Putin met with the top North Korean diplomat in the Kremlin.
Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held talks with Choe Son Hui on November 1. The two foreign ministers also unveiled a memorial plaque dedicated to Kim Il Sung's 1949 visit to the USSR at the Yaroslavsky railway station.
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova emphasized that Choe Son Hui's visit is taking place "in accordance with the agreement reached during the Russian-Korean summit" in Pyongyang this June.
