MOSCOW, September 4. /TASS/. A small aircraft has crashed in Russia’s central Ryazan Region, a regional emergency official told TASS.

"A Bekas ultralight plane has crashed. According to preliminary reports, the pilot is dead," he said.

The plane crashed near the village of Zimarovo; no casualties or damage were reported on the ground.
