Gislaved tire plant to reach full capacity by 2026

According to Cordiant CEO Vadim Volodin, the plant is going to produce 2.1 mln tires in 2024

KALUGA, April 10. /TASS/. The Gislaved tire plant, a member of Cordiant holding, plans to achieve the full design capacity of 3.5 mln tires per year by 2026, Cordiant CEO Vadim Volodin said at a press conference.

"We plan that we will be able to 100% utilize our production capacity during the next two years," the chief executive said. In 2024, the plant is going to produce 2.1 mln tires.

The tire cluster of Cordiant comprises sites in Omsk, Yaroslavl, Kaluga, and Ulyanovsk, with the total annual capacity up to 15 mln units.
