MOSCOW, December 15. /TASS/. Member-states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) saw that Ukraine was steadily turning into anti-Russia through efforts of the West and had concerns in this regard, ex-Secretary General of CSTO Nikolay Bordyuzha told TASS in an interview.

"They did not certainly think that it will end in an armed clash and the special military operation, but everybody saw and definitely had great concerns of Ukraine turning before our eyes into anti-Russia and that the Ukrainian population was actually fostered in the spirit of hatred of Russians, everything Russia, and Russia," the ex-official said.
